Home Style and Inspiration
Haciendas were created to connect to nature, bridging the gap between the indoors and outdoors. From the open living spaces and low-maintenance native landscaping to the Electrolux appliances and 12-foot high vaulted ceilings, Haciendas are the gateway to living beautifully and balanced.
Inspiration for the corrugated metal siding came from simple agriculture buildings that can be found throughout West Texas. The cement colored stucco and white stucco materials were chosen to compliment the metal siding and provide a neutral palette that can stand the test of time.

Our next pocket of individual homes will be located at the cross-section of N Edgefield Avenue and Stafford Street in West Dallas.

Where are the Haciendas located?
Haciendas are in thriving West Dallas, situated behind the Belmont Hotel, which offers some of the best skyline views in Dallas. Just a short walk or drive away from both Sylvan Thirty and Trinity Groves, it’s all right outside your front door.
How many homes are there?
Dispersed throughout West Dallas are around 80 lots. Not a planned development, Haciendas are individual pockets of homes located throughout this burgeoning neighborhood. Our current inventory is located directly behind the Belmont Hotel where more homes will soon be added. Another group of Haciendas will be located near Trinity Groves.
What is the area / neighborhood like?

We wanted to create a new kind of cost-conscious home in Dallas that focused on design that encouraged mental and physical wellness. Can I modify a floorplan?
Not at this time. The beauty of our thoughtfully-designed homes is that they allow for immediate customization once you move in. Your very own quilt, rug or painting will add personal touches and charm that adhere to your style. Our museum finish walls and large wall spacing promotes and connects to the thriving local art scene.
